Alissa Ranf

Hailing from small-town Montana, Alissa joins Utah Global Diplomacy as a fellow, driven by her recent achievement of a Master's of Science in Global Technology and Development from Arizona State University. Prior to that, she earned her undergraduate degree, a B.A. in Intercultural Communication and Spanish, from the University of New Mexico. Alissa is fluent in Spanish, stemming from immersive study abroad experiences in both Ecuador and Colombia. These experiences broadened her horizons and fueled her passion for cross-cultural exchange. A true wanderer at heart, Alissa embraces the thrill of exploration and consistently seeks opportunities to infuse travel into her daily life. Her diverse skill set encompasses various disciplines, making her a valuable addition to the Utah Global Diplomacy team. Alissa's unwavering enthusiasm lies in the realm of public diplomacy, where she wholeheartedly devotes herself to fostering international connections within the state of Utah.
