Madeline Pillar

Madeline joins the UCCD team as the Youth Program Fellow. A native of North Carolina, Madeline got her B.A. from Utah State University in International Studies, with an emphasis on peace and security and a minor in Chinese. She speaks Mandarin Chinese and has lived in Taiwan. Madeline is working towards her master’s degree in public administration at Brigham Young University. Madeline believes that equal opportunity in education is key for global improvement.  In her free time, Madeline enjoys taking her Australian Shepard on walks and listening to audiobooks.
