The Utah Council for Citizen Diplomacy (UCCD) presents the 30th Vivaldi by Candlelight Benefit Concert. The concert features the Vivaldi Virtuosi conducted by former Associate Concertmaster of the Utah Symphony Gerald Elias. Vivaldi by Candlelight benefits the Utah Council for Citizen Diplomacy, an independent, nonprofit, nonpartisan organization whose mission is to promote global understanding and respect between the people of Utah and other nations.
