In 2021, we identified four strategic areas of focus that will help guide our organizational growth. These areas included organizational growth guided by our mission; increasing our impact through data-driven evidence; fostering collaborations through strategic outreach; and increasing our social responsibility.
Today, I'm excited to share two ways that you can be part of these strategic focuses.
First, your support in promoting respect and understanding between the people of Utah and other nations one handshake at a time has helped Utah Global Diplomacy grow its programs and services. For that reason, we moved into a larger office space, and now we want to celebrate this growth with you!
We invite you to stop by our open house on Thursday, October 14, any time between 5:30 - 7:30 P.M. for group tours of the space, food, and music. This event is an excellent chance for you to see what your support has done for Utah Global Diplomacy, meet the team, and connect with Utah Global Diplomacy's friends and partners. I hope to see you there!
Second, we are committed to being an organization guided by data-driven evidence. It is important that our programs, services, and events are diverse and inclusive, representing all people in Utah holistically and accurately.
To keep ourselves accountable to this goal, we hope you will participate in a short (2 min) demographic survey that will help us get to know our program participants better. The survey is entirely anonymous and will be greatly beneficial as we learn more about the people we affiliate with.
And as a token of our appreciation, anyone who fills out the survey and provides the necessary contact information will be entered into a raffle to win a $50 VISA gift card.
