Diplomacy

Diplomacy is the principal instrument of foreign relations. It is a tool employed by political leaders to foster peace and good will, yet politicians are not the only ones that have the ability to engage in diplomacy. Citizens can also be diplomats as they strive to establish relations based on respect and mutual understanding with citizens of other nations and cultures.
