Mark your calendars for January 19-26 2024! Utah Global Diplomacy needs YOU to be part of something extraordinary. We're seeking warm-hearted volunteers in the Greater Salt Lake area to host 6 global leaders from Kovoso as part of the Congressional Organization of International Leaders (COIL) Open World program.
This delegation consists of members of parliament staffers who will be visiting Utah to examine our systems of government.
About COIL:
Open World is one of the most effective U.S. exchange programs for countries of the post-Soviet era. The program has enabled more than 29,000 current and future leaders from Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan to meaningfully engage and interact with Members of Congress, Congressional staff, and thousands of other Americans, many of whom are the delegates’ direct professional counterparts. It's about building bridges, fostering cooperation, and forging lasting connections! This unique program brings innovative regional leaders to Utah, not to stay in hotels, but in your homes. Each day, these delegates engage in meetings organized by Utah Global Diplomacy, setting the stage for international collaboration.
